Someone broke into a Bensonhurst apartment building and left anti-Semitic graffiti on its hallways’ ceilings, authorities said.
A resident reported discovering the hateful scrawl on the fourth floor of the 85th Street building at noon Nov. 5, police sources said.
Seared into the ceiling with a lighter were the words “Forever Live Hitler” and a swastika, the sources said.
Similar messages were found on the third, fifth and sixth floors of the six-story building, investigators said.
Among them were the words “Young Crook” next to a swastika and “Lox A/275” accompanied by a sketched hammer and sickle, law-enforcement sources said.
